CREAM PUFFS 
DOUGH PART:

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
3 eggs

CUSTARD FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. cornstarch
Vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk

DOUGH: Boil water, add butter and stir in flour while boiling. Let cool. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly. Drop by tablespoon on buttered tin. Bake 20 to 30 minutes.

FILLING: Cook all ingredients until thick. Open puffs and fill.
