DRESSING HOT DISH 
1 onion, chopped
10 bread slices (cubed)
1 tsp. sage
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can chicken and rice soup
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water

Brown onion in butter; mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into a buttered 2 1/2 quart dish and bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
