HEAVENLY CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. chocolate bits
3 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. sugar and pinch salt
1 angel food cake
1 pt. whipping cream

Melt chocolate bits and sugar-salt in double boiler (do not let water boil). Beat egg yolks and add melted chocolate. Add stiffly beaten egg whites. Then the pint of cream (whipped) and 1 teaspoon almond flavoring. Line a large glass dish with pieces of angel food cake about size of quarter - cover with chocolate mixture. Add another layer of cake pieces and cover with chocolate mixture. Continue to layer until all is used. Refrigerate overnight.
