HEAVENLY CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
STEP 1:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. pecans, chopped (reserve sm. amount nuts for top)

Mix ingredients well. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

STEP 2:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip (reserve 1/2 for topping)

Mix together above and spread on cooled crust.

STEP 3:
1 sm. chocolate instant pudding
1 sm. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. cold milk

Mix above together. Pour over cheese layer. Cover with remaining topping, sprinkle remaining nuts. Chill.
