"PUDDING DESSERT" 
STEP I:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

STEP II:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip

STEP III:

2 pkgs. instant pudding

STEP IV:

1 sm. Cool Whip
Nuts

Mix butter, flour and nuts and pat into pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool.

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and beat until fluffy. Spread mixture over cool crust.

Mix together instant pudding (follow directions), put over cream cheese mixture.

Spread 1 small Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle nuts on top.
