PUDDING MIX DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts

PART II:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip

PART III:

2 pkg. instant pudding, any kind
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Nuts to garnish

Mix Part I ingredients. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Mix Part II. Spread 1 cup on cooled crust. Chill. Mix pudding and milk as directed on package, beating until it thickens. Add vanilla. Put on 2nd layer and chill. Spread remainder of Part II mix on top. Garnish with nuts. Keep in refrigerator.
