"VERBLE'S" HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE
ICE CREAM
 
3 3/4 c. sugar
8 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 gallon milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pkg. marshmallows (5 oz.)
1/2 c. cocoa

Mix sugar, cocoa, eggs, salt, marshmallows, and 1/2 gallon of milk in a large pan. Heat on stove until it starts to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and add the vanilla. Pour through a strainer into ice cream freezer. Add remaining milk to freezer mark on the can. It's now ready to freezer or it can be refrigerated until ready to freeze.
