NO CHOLESTEROL PANCAKES
(Waffles)
 
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. corn flour or meal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg white
2 tbsp. Puritan Canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk

Sift together flours and baking powder. Mix egg white and oil together then add to flour. Add vanilla. Then add milk so that batter is to your liking. Stir quickly and only until dry ingredients are moistened. Bake on hot griddle - turn as soon as they are puffed and bubbly. Bake until golden brown. Makes approximately 5 pancakes.
