RICE PRIMAVERA 
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1/4 c. red peppers, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. Wyler's chicken flavor bouillon
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 bag Success Rice, cooked as per package directions
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. frozen peas
1/4 c. shredded carrots

In a large skillet cook mushrooms, onions, celery, peppers, bouillon and seasoning in butter. Add rice, cheese, peas and carrots and cook 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 4-6.
