SWEDISH APPLE - PORK 
4/5 lb. fresh pork
4 lg. hard apples
1 tbsp. butter
6 white peppercorns
Salt
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
Water
(1 bouillon cube)

Cut the pork into thin slices and brown in a frying pan. Peel and core the apples and place alternate layers of pork and apples in a pan or a saucepan. Add the seasonings and enough water to cover. Simmer until all ingredients are soft. Season to taste, add a bouillon cube for stronger flavor. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with boiled potatoes, Swedish style.
