STRAWBERRY PIE | |
3/4 + 1/3 c. sugar 3 1/2 tsp. cornstarch 3 tsp. white Karo syrup 1/2 c. water 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello (wild) 1 pt. fresh strawberries 2 - 9 in. pie shells Cool Whip In a saucepan mix together sugar, cornstarch, syrup and water. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add wild strawberry Jello. Cool and arrange 1 pint fresh strawberries in pie sells. (More strawberries can be used.) Pour cooled mixture over berries. Chill in refrigerator. Serve with Cool Whip. |
