CHEESE POTATOES | |
Potatoes (about 15 med.) Cream cheese with chives and onions (2-8 oz. size) 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese 4 oz. sour cream Cook and mash potatoes as you normally would. They should be quite pasty. Add cheeses and sour cream. Put in greased crockpot on low for about an hour to melt cheeses together. You can also put in a greased loaf pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees about 1/4 hour. Crock pot works well if you want to do ahead of time and have the mess out of your way. |
