1 tbsp. egg white
2 c. pecans or walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 300 degrees. In bowl combine nuts with egg white until nuts are coated and sticky. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over nuts and stir until evenly coated. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 30 minutes.
