SPICY MINCE-NUT PIE 
2 1/2 c. (1 lb., 12 oz.) jar prepared mincemeat
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. apples, diced
1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 c. currant jelly
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. orange rind, grated
1/2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Place in crust, putting lattice or top crust over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
