SIX LAYER CASSEROLE 
2 c. raw potatoes, sliced
2 c. celery, diced
1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
1 lg. onion
1/2 green pepper cut fine
2 c. tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Fry meat and onions. Place all in layers as given into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees uncovered. Last 15 minutes bake uncovered to brown on top.
