BRISKET MARINADE 
5 lb. brisket
1/3 c. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. lemon pepper
Meat tenderizer

Mix seasonings and pour over meat and refrigerate. Turn every 5 hours for 24 hours. Cover and bake at 200 degrees for 8 to 12 hours. Do not open during baking.
