BRISKET MARINADE 
6 lb. beef brisket
1/2 to 1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

SAUCE: Boil 15 minutes.
1 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. water
1 c. chopped onion

Sprinkle beef with 3 types of salt. Also sprinkle 3 tablespoons liquid smoke. Cover with foil. Let stand overnight. Next morning: Pour 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce over meat. Reseal with foil and cook 5 hours at 250 degrees. Drain off grease and uncover. Cover with sauce and bake 1 hour covered at 275 degrees.

Bake about 1 hour per pound for smaller or larger briskets.
