4-5 lb. brisket
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. Worcestershire

Mix all seasonings. Pour over brisket. Marinate 12-14 hours in refrigerator. Bake in 250 degree oven 5-6 hours. Double ingredients and cooking time for whole brisket.
