MARINADE FOR STEAK OR BRISKET 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Pickapeppa sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. Burgundy or other dry red wine
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced

Prick both sides of steak or brisket and place in shallow pan. Combine ingredients for marinade and pour over steak. Cover and marinate 24 hours.
