COCONUT-ORANGE GLAZE 
1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
3 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Add rind and juice and mix well. Glaze cake. Sprinkle top with coconut.
