GARLIC CHEESE GRITS 
4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grits
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 1/2 roll garlic cheese or 1 c. Velveeta and 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. crushed Corn Flakes

Cook grits as directed. Turn off heat, add butter and cheese. Stir until melted. Beat eggs in cup, add milk. Add to grits mixture. Bake in well greased large casserole. Sprinkle Corn Flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
