CHEESE CAKE 
Graham cracker crust (ready made is fine)
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 c. sour cream
Wilderness Fruit Pie Mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine graham crackers and corn flakes in a mixing bowl with 1/3 cup sugar, butter and mix thoroughly. Press crumbs into 9 inch pie pan. Bake 7 minutes.

In mixing bowl, on medium speed of mixer, beat cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time. Add lemon juice, salt and almond extract. Pour into pie shell and bake 15 minutes. Let set 10 to 20 minutes. Add rest of sugar to pie filling mix. Pour this over the top of cheese cake and refrigerate. This recipe makes two cheese cakes.
