CHEESE GRITS SOUFFLE 
1 c. grits
4 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
2 beaten eggs
1 stick processed garlic cheese
1/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper
1 c. corn flakes

Cook grits in water with salt. When done, stir in 3/4 stick butter and cheese; allow to cool.

Mix together eggs, milk and seasoning to taste. Stir into grits. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Melt remaining 1/4 stick of butter mix with corn flakes and pour over casserole. Cover and bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
