4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. milk
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Grease tube pan with butter, no flour. Whip cream, medium. Set aside.

Eggs and vanilla, beat high, 2 minutes. Add sugar, beat another 2 minutes. In separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt. Add to first bowl. Fold heavy cream mixture into this. Bake 350 for 55 minutes.
