COCONUT PIE 
2 c. milk, hot
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
Whites of 3 eggs
Coconut, add quantity to suit your taste

Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt.

Add to hot milk; cook until quite thick. When partly cool, add beaten egg whites and some coconut.

Pour into baked crust, and sprinkle thickly with coconut. Makes 1 pie.
