hop into large mixing bowl:

2 c. chopped nuts
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 (1 lb.) Hershey candy bar
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 pt. marshmallow cream

ix together:

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can milk
Pinch salt

Pour over chocolate mixture and beat until stiff. Pour into buttered pan and set into the refrigerator.
