MAMIE'S MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE 
2 c. or 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet bits
3 pkg. (4 oz. each) sweet cooking chocolate (break into sm. pieces to melt faster)
1 jar (8 oz.) marshmallow creme
2 c. broken walnuts, optional
4 1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk

Combine bits and cooking chocolate, marshmallow creme and walnuts in large bowl.

Combine sugar, salt, butter and milk in large, heavy saucepan; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 6 minutes, stirring often. Pour at once over chocolate mixture. Stir vigorously with wooden spoon until chocolate is creamy.

Pour into buttered pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Let stand a few hours to set. Cut into squares and store in tightly covered, metal boxes. Makes 5 pounds.
