MAMIE'S MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE | |
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet morsels 3 (4 oz.) bars German chocolate 1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff 2 c. chopped walnuts Dash salt 2 tbsp. butter 1 lg. can evaporated milk 4 1/2 c. sugar Combine chocolate bits, chocolate bars (broken up), marshmallows and walnuts in large bowl. Combine sugar, salt, butter and milk in large saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 6 minutes. Pour at once into chocolate mix in bowl, stirring with heavy wooden spoon, until chocolate is melted and mix is creamed well. No lumps. Pour into buttered shallow pans. Let stand in refrigerator a few hours. Cut into squares and store in foil. Best if kept refrigerated. Yield: 5 pounds. |
