2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 big Hershey chocolate bar
1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. nuts
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can Milnot
1 stick butter

In a bowl mix first 4 ingredients. Boil sugar, butter, and Milnot 7 minutes. Add to rest of ingredients. Stir quickly; this sets up fast.
