CHIVE BAKED LEG OF LAMB 
5 to 6 lb. leg of lamb
1/4 c. chopped chives
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
3/4 tsp. rosemary
Salt and pepper

Place lamb in open roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes per pound. One hour before meat is done combine chives, rosemary, mustard and lemon juice. Pour over lamb. You can add small potatoes to roast in the pan at the same time. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and continue baking.
