2 scoops honey ice milk 1/2 banana 1 tbsp. vegetarian protein powder Strawberry juice to taste 1 tbsp. Bragg liquid aminos 1 tbsp. super rich yeast 1/2 tbsp. lecithin 1/2 tbsp. honey 1/2 tbsp. wheat germ Put ice milk and strawberry juice in first. While the blender is running, add the rest of the ingredients and blend well. You can use the juice of your choice. |
