PREACHER'S CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
1 can crushed (20 oz.) pineapple with juice

Mix dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well by hand. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cheese together. Add sugar, salt and vanilla. Add nuts. Frost on cooled cake.
