FESTIVE SHRIMP SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2/3 c. catsup
Hot sauce to taste
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 med. pickles, diced
Lettuce
2 stalks celery, diced
4 hard boiled eggs
1 lg. tomato, chopped

Mix mayonnaise, catsup, hot sauce, onion and pickles together; pour over shrimp, coating well. Place shrimp mixture on lettuce leaves; cover with celery, eggs and tomato. Yield: 6 servings.
