SCALLOPED CORN 
2 cans creamed corn (2 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup milk
2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper

Reserve 1/2 cup of crushed crackers. Then, mix all of the above ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle reserved cracker crumbs on top.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
