3 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
5 eggs, beaten
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Carnation milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract

Sift together flour and baking powder. Cream butter, Crisco and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add eggs; beat well. Add milk and flour alternately; mix well after each addition. Add extracts.

Grease and flour tube pan. Pour in mixture. Place in cold oven and turn to 325 degrees. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
