2 1/2 lbs. stew meat
Carrots, cut up
Potatoes, cut up
Onion, slice in rings
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. tapioca
Salt and pepper
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Cook 5 hours in oven at 300 degrees.

Cook in covered pan. Optional - 1/2 hour before serving, add 1 package frozen peas.
