HOBO DINNERS 
5 or 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables

You also need 4 large squares of aluminum foil.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay out foil on countertop and place cubed potatoes on each sheet. Next place meat on each sheet and then frozen vegetables on top of meat. In a medium bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup and onion soup. (Mixture will be thick.) Spoon evenly over the 4 dinners and salt and pepper to taste. Grab the 4 corners of one dinner and pull together to form a hobo pack. Do the same with other dinners (you can double wrap the foil if needed).

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes on cookie sheet. Serve straight from the pack. (Can also be used on campouts.)
