SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. lean hamburger or deer
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. Morton tender quick salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. mustard seed

Mix all together. Make 3 rolls. Chill 24 hours. Bake at 250 degrees on broiler pan on rack.
