RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
2 egg yolks
1 c. Half & Half
1 c. sugar
3 heaping tbsp. flour
Dash salt
2 c. cut up rhubarb

Mix egg yolks, cream, flour, sugar and salt. Pour over rhubarb in unbaked pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

MERINGUE:

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
4 tbsp. sugar

Beat meringue until it stand in peaks. Spread over pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until brown on top.
