CRANBERRY CONGEALED SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 orange, chopped
1/2 c. diced apple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Lettuce leaves
Sour cream or salad dressing

Combine gelatin and boiling water. Stir until gelatin dissolves. Add cranberry sauce and stir until blended. Chill until slightly jelled. Fold in orange, apple, and pecans. Pour into mold. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold on lettuce leaves and top with sour cream or salad dressing.
