SAUSAGE WITH RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. link sausage
1 c. celery, diced
1 med. onion, diced
2 cans chicken broth (Campbell's)
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. water

Brown first 3 ingredients in skillet; cool sausage and cut into bite- size pieces. In a 2-quart casserole, add 2 cans chicken broth, mushrooms and rice. Add water and sausage mixture. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered about 50-60 minutes. It's great reheated in the microwave for leftovers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
