CHERRIES IN THE SNOW 
MERINGUE:

6 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar

FILLING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 pt. cream
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually beat in 1/2 of the sugar. Add vinegar and the remaining sugar. Bake at 275 degree oven in ungreased pan for 1 hour and leave in oven overnight to cool. Beat 8 ounces cream cheese with sugar, and whip cream and add marshmallows. Add cream cheese mixture to the whip cream and marshmallows. Gently spread over meringue and top with the pie filling. Chill several hours.
