LEMON CREAM CAKE 
1 lemon cake mix with pudding in it
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. Cool Whip (dairy recipe)

Bake cake mix as directed in a 13 x 9 inch sheet pan. While cake is baking, dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Set aside. After cake is done, cool 10 minutes in pan, then cool on wire rack. After cake is cool, return to pan. Prick holes in top with fork 1 inch apart. Spoon Jello onto cake. Frost with Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Top with fruit of choice for garnish, if desired.
