OVEN FRIED SCALLOPS 
1 lb. scallops
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
Bread crumbs
Melted butter

Beat egg with water together. Dip scallops in egg mixture, then into bread crumbs. Coat well. Place in buttered pan. Pour melted butter on top.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn after 12 minutes. (Watch that they don't brown too fast.)
