STUFFED MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. very lean ground beef
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce with onion
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried sweet basil

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. dry curd cottage cheese
Egg substitute equivalent to 1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix meat loaf ingredients together.

Place half of the mixture in a loaf pan.

Form a well in the center.

Combine filling ingredients and place in well.

Cover with remaining meat, sealing edges.

Bake 60 minutes.

Makes 8 servings - 224 calories each.
