GREEN GOOP 
40 lg. marshmallows
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. lime gelatin
1 (8 oz.) and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (20 oz.) and 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. chopped pecans

Melt marshmallows and lime gelatin in 7 cups boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Refrigerate until set. At least 1 hour before ready to serve, whip the gelatin-marshmallow mixture in a large bowl using an electric mixer.

Soften cream cheese with a fork, adding a little pineapple juice to make it soft enough to whip. Add to gelatin mixture and whip until well blended. Fold in drained pineapple, whipped cream and pecans. Chill until set.

Love this salad growing up. Instead of lime jello try strawberry banana. Yum! Add chocolate and you have a banana split goop.
