MARY'S GREEN GOOP 
Approximately 40 marshmallows
2 lg. pkg. lime jello
1 lg. + 1 sm. cream cheese
1 lg. + 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained, reserving juice
1/2 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans

Melt marshmallows and lime jello in 7 cups boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Set aside to congeal. Next day or later, at least 1 hour before serving, whip congealed jello with mixer and add softened cream cheese.

Work cream cheese with a fork to soften it, adding a little pineapple juice to make it soft enough to whip with jello. Fold in drained pineapple, pecans, and whipped cream.
