HOT DOG CASSEROLE 
6 servings instant mashed potatoes
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. mustard
6 hot dogs

Prepare instant mashed potatoes according to directions. Stir in relish, mayonnaise, onion and mustard. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Cut hot dogs in half and insert upright around edge of casserole. Bake 25-30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
