HOT DOG CASSEROLE 
Brown slightly in skillet:

1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. green pepper (optional)

Stir in:

3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Add:

1 c. milk (canned milk makes a richer sauce)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. cubed cheese (kids like it with Velveeta)

Stir over low heat until thick. Cook 3/4 cup macaroni. Place 1 pound cut up hot dogs and cooked macaroni in a greased casserole. Cover with cheese sauce. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
