B.'S FAMOUS CHILI (FOR HOT DOGS) 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 gallon water
1 1/4 c. chili powder
6 oz. cornstarch mixed with warm water to make a paste

Crumble uncooked beef into water. Mix in chili powder and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 hours. Turn off heat and quickly stir in cornstarch to thicken. Top hot dogs with onions, chili, and slaw.
